Why I’m doing Barre3!
What exactly is Barre3? It’s an hour long class that lifts and lengthens the body. Highly influenced by the strength of Pilates, the grace of the ballet barre, and the wisdom of yoga!
I’ve been curious about Barre ever since I saw it in Cosmo (I believe) and how Hollywood stars like Zooey Deschannel, Kelly Ripa, Natalie Portman, and even Madonna do it as their form of exercise!
So I’m really glad that I finally got to try it out! 🙂
I seriously recommend Barre3 for all of you who want to work out and tone those muscles without super dying but at the same time still feel fit, fulfilled, and get the results that you want after every session!
It’s relaxing, super fun, and a super great way to start or end your day! 🙂
